Will lenders consider my daily rate?

There are lenders that will consider lending to daily rate contractors, they are likely to want to see a minimum of 12 months contracting history or two years experience in your given field. In some instances exceptions can be made subject to lender approval.

How does IR35 affect my chances of getting a mortgage?

Being categorised as inside IR35 shouldn't impact your mortgage prospects, but it may affect the choice of lender.

Will a gap between contracts effect my chances of getting a mortgage?

This may or may not effect your application, it depends on the length of the gap and reasoning for the gap.
